30-day Numu Mattress Warranty
All customers have the possibility to try the Numu Mattress for a period of 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the product, the customer should contact us by email: hello@numubaby.comindicating this intention to us.
The mattress must be disassembled and packed in the original packaging and sent to the following address: Calçada Conde de Tomar, 33B - 1495-201 Cruz Quebrada PORTUGAL.
In this case of free resolution, the return costs are always borne by the customer, even if the order may have been made during a free shipping promotion period. Please note that returns of made-to-measure items or special customer requests will be denied.
The refund is made using the same method of payment made by the customer at the time of purchase, or by another method that is more convenient after the good reception of the returned item, within a maximum period of 30 days.
Bank transaction fees costs will not be refunded. These costs correspond to: 4% on international credit cards, 4% on ATM and MBWay transactions in Portugal and national or international bank transfer depending on the bank involved
Returns for defect or damage
In case of defect or damage, the customer must contact NUMU via e-mail: hello@numubaby.com. The return of the item, as well as the return of the replacement item will be NUMU's responsibility. The refund is made upon receipt of the returned item, within a maximum period of 30 days.
Order cancellation
Order cancellation must be done via email: hello@numubaby.com, within a maximum period of 2 days after payment has been made and is only considered after express acceptance by Numu via email.
The refund is made within a maximum period of 30 days. Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped. In case the order has already been shipped, all shipping costs will not be refunded.
