Delivery restrictions due to COVID-19

Numu is working to guarantee the availability of products and their delivery to our customers with all the necessary care and respecting the rules defined in the contingency plan aimed at preventing and mitigating the risks associated with the spread of the new COVID-19 virus.

We will keep all our customers informed of any changes that may be reflected in the delivery of our products.

Delivery times may be subject to change due to the current situation, although Numu is taking all possible measures to reduce this impact.



Delivery protocol established by transport companies

In the delivery protocol established by the transport companies Eurosender  and CTT Expresso, deliveries of orders are carried out outside buildings or houses, and couriers are not allowed to enter any space, who place them on the ground and move away to maintain a distance hold until the recipient comes to pick up the package.

Delivery employees have established their contingency plans and ensure the entire delivery process with the appropriate security measures.

Numu will continue to guarantee the delivery of its products, but always respecting the containment restrictions and/or sanitary cord decreed by the authorities, which may vary during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.

We deliver all Numu products to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to its own design and so that the mattress maintains its integrity, it is shipped disassembled, accompanied by an instruction manual and other information to ensure that anyone is fully capable of assembling it.

Our items are specifically designed to be simple to assemble so that our customers can assemble them themselves. If necessary, the Numu Customer Support will monitor its assembly.

Numu orders are delivered by Eurosender between 2 to 7 days after dispatch, within the European area. For Madeira and Azores Islands, deliveries are ensured by CTT Expresso and may take up to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method.

Delivery time applies to products in stock. If a product is out of stock, the delivery time will be longer. You will have an indication of availability in the product sheet on the NUMU website. You will be warned in the event of an incident in order to avoid possible inconvenience.

After the product leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipping number (tracking number) and you will be able to follow the status of your order.
